Remodeled place and rooms. Everything was fantastic. No problems at all. Great stay. For the price, breakfast was coffee juice and pastries, but like I said for the price, I didn’t expect any breakfast.
The staff is always friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wifi is a little janky but that's the only reason I would consider another hotel. I like this spot.
Very nice owners, great room, very clean, has everything you need, we definitely recommend this place, you will have a great rest and chat with nice people on the front desk
I'm glad I stopped here, they did a good job overall. Making sure everything is remodeled and looks good, the bed was comfortable, the service was great though, I checked in easy and got my room upgraded. The room was quiet. The air conditioning worked great, the only negatives on the room was my comforter had cigarette burns on it and a non-smoking room which I kind of get, my toilet was not secured properly. Every time I moved it almost fell over, there is a bunch of paint on the floor and missing pieces on the wall, but for the price of the room, this is a fantastic spot to stop, don't expect too much for breakfast, they have some little microwave sandwiches and some little donut kind of things, but it's convenient, grab and go.
For the price point, it was great. I booked last minute via a 3rd party. It was $52 for a room on a Saturday night. Everything was clean. I asked to switch rooms because there was a draft with the door that let a lot of outside noise in and they switched me. The second room I had to push the door some to lock it, but considering the price point I’m not complaining. Close drive to downtown.
I enjoyed it here the staff are extremely nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and only 1 or 2 bugs in the tub but that was it! I liked the breakfast evan though its small its good! They made me feel safe and I liked it would recommend if your in the area

We stay at this hotel every year as we are artists for a local craft show. As usual, we had a very pleasant stay. Check in was quick, the room (Room 103) was very clean (with housekeeping daily), the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows,the TV had lots of channels, there was ample parking, the vending machines worked, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to our venue and to local restaurants. For the fifth year in a row- a great stay in Jacksonville.
